Iris Rhizome borer Treatment

Perfect example of the running trail of the dark worm which invades the ginger look-alike roots. If the worm is still on the leaf there is a chance the root hasn't been invaded and you can remove the worm and spray the leaves and roots.   Old or infected beds, dig up the root and keep refuse out of compost.
Spray leaves with an Avon Skin-So-Soft mix of 25 percent to 75 percent H2O. You may have to purchase Skin-So-Soft on eBay, it is as dear as truffles.
